1. Order Inspection at Delivery

To ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase, we encourage you to inspect your order’s quality, quantity, and the number of items in the presence of our delivery executive. If there are any issues with your order—such as incorrect items, damaged produce, or quality concerns—please return the item(s) to the delivery executive immediately or apply for a replacement.

  • Note: Once the delivery is accepted and the delivery executive has left, returns will no longer be accepted.

2. Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel your order, please do so promptly. In case of order cancellation, your refund will be processed within 7 days.

3. Replacement and Refund Process

If there is an issue with your order and you choose to return or replace an item upon delivery, we will provide a replacement, or you may request a refund. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of the request and will be credited to your original payment method.
